Our check in was fast and easy. Property is convenient, clean and updated. Breakfast was great. I had requested a handicap room, as my husband has mobility issues. They only had rooms with handicap accommodations and a double bed. Seems odd they wouldn't have a king bed. Otherwise, good place for the price.

I loved the bed! So comfortable!! It would have been nice to have a outlet near the bed to charge my phone. None of the outlets were secure enough for my plug so it wouldn't consistently charge. I finally got a consistent charge using the USB plug at the desk.

Easy check-in, convenient parking, comfortable beds. But a lot to be improved. We had to wait for breakfast every morning; syrup, peanut butter, yogurt, eggs, sausage all empty until we went up to the front desk to ask for them to resupply. And ugggh, a rotten, caved-in, moldy orange in the top tray of the "fresh" fruit bin. (Seriously.) The hot sauce packets were marked expired. Our room: pink slime mold in the shower and grime in the grout. The maid didn’t come, so we had to reuse towels, ask for toilet paper at the front desk, make our own beds, and look at overflowing trash cans. Noisy footsteps upstairs well into the night. We would not use this hotel again.

The low water pressure in the bathroom was a problem, leading to constantly clogged toilet. The key cards constantly had to be reset and didn't work very well. The hot breakfast was good, if you could get any. If you came later for breakfast service, it was likely that everything was gone and they didn't put out any extra for later diners. The AC unit in the room couldn't really keep up with the heat so we were warmer than we would've preferred to be at night. While the room was very basic compared to the pricing, it was spotless and kept very clean during our stay.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had constant issues with our room keys and front desk service was terrible. Pool area was clean but the pool was small. Breakfast was not good and most things were out and garbages were overflowing

Over all our room was nice. However, I took my kids down to swim and was disappointed to find out that they "rent" their pool out for swim lessons. They still allowed us to swim, but son was limited to one side of the pool. The breakfast was mediocre. Our room view was of the top of the entryway. So we looked directly out at a roof. We could not even see any trees. The AC seems to be locked out. You can lower the setting, but the temp does not change so it stayed very warm in our room all night long. I would stay there again because it served our purpose but there are many more options in the area.

Overall, the stay was good. It was pretty clean and checking-in and out was easy. However, the breakfast wasn't great (oranges were old, eggs looked questionable, etc.) and our soap in the shower was basically empty. I would stay again as long as it's not for an extended time and I have things to keep me busy. There's not much to do in the hotel itself (no bar, restaurant, etc. But there is a pool that I didn't check out)

Great hotel and amenities for the price.
My wife and I were in the area, for 6 nights for a family reunion, and brought our 2 small dogs. I picked this property based on reviews, dog pricing, an outside dog area. I'm always skeptical on lower priced properties, based on the high priced properties in the Brookfield area. We had a King bedroom with an sofa sleeper. The room was very clean and other than a few spots on the carpet, the room was in very good shape. The TV and AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was well maintained and we had no problems. They only charged us $75 for our dogs for the entire stay. That's a great deal. Other hotels wanted $50-75 per night, per dog and a $300 deposit. The dog area on the north side was huge. Probly 50 yards long. The breakfast was a standard La Quinta Inn breakfast. Microwavable cheese omlettes and saugage, standard toast, bagels, yougurt, and a waffle maker. During breakfast it was always super clean and the food stocked. We used the pool and hottub. They were probably the cleanest I've seen at a hotel. 2 days we we're in and a pool specialist was checking the water and insuring the correct amount of chemicals. Parking lots we're well lit, and we had no issues with our car or belongings. Bottom line, I gave this a 5 star rating for everthing I've listed and a very resonable price for the area. We'll stay there every time were in that area to see family.
