The computers were allegedly down and we could not check in until after our event so we had to arrange to get ready for my cousins wedding elsewhere, the afternoon clerk was very rude, rigid and unhelpful , also the plumbing in the bathroom was not good

Wonderful suite and great staff!
We were greeted warmly on arrival and check-in was easy. Our room went beyond our expectations! The location made it very easy to do all our planned activity's. The pool and breakfast were all very nice and super clean! Our only complaint would be that we were unable to access the wifi and only 1 luggage cart for a large hotel.

The hotel is old to say the least! The elevator was not working properly therefore I took the stairs from the 4th floor quite a few times. Needs major updates

The good, The location was good. Close to everything you might need. The room was a suite with a small sitting area and a separate bedroom. The Bad, The hotel was noisy, There was a group of people having a party in the parking area at 11pm, I had to call the front desk to complain of the noise from the loud music and loud talking. Dirty, it had a very old musty smell in the halls and the room You could not see out of the window due either it being a very old window or just dirty. The outlets in the room would not hold a plug-in. The shower was not very good. I went to look at the sleeper in the sofa I got a cut from something sharp in the cushion. I don't think I would stay their again. Nor should anyone else.
