It’s an older hotel but it worked for us. Clean and safe. Nice big counter and sink outside bathroom. Large bench to set luggage on. Need a lamp on the desk. Mattresses in room 318 need to be replaced. Breakfast is a brown bag with a muffin, maybe a yogurt, and a fruit juice. No choices, you pick it up at the front desk and take it to your room. Coffee in the lobby. No tea or other beverages available.

customer service was great the area around. It had plenty of places to eat. The room was very nice except the bed. It was a little lumpy.

The room wasn’t very clean, (what’s a vacuum?) and it didn’t smell very good. The window didn’t lock and the ac/heat unit had a horrible smell when we turned it on that we literally had to put our heads out the window for fresh air!

Bathroom walls, especially around the toilet as well as light switch plates and doors need to be cleaned after hundreds and hundreds of people touch them. On my last visit there were dirty markings on the inside of the toilet paper holder frame. Also on this visit, unlike others, the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I tried to attach photos, but the option was not working.

This place was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. A very good place to stay minutes away from the airport with shuttle service but note it doesn't run from midnight to 4am.
