Very unfortunate to have to leave this review as we have had a positive experience in the past, but after being forced to switch rooms at 3am because my partner was having an allergic reaction (trouble breathing/swollen eyes) to pets being in the room and it not being cleaned properly afterwards (it still obviously smelled like animals in the room) the front desk refused to grant us a later checkout than a half hour to accommodate for their uncleanliness. All would have been forgiven had they at least tried to remedy their actions or at least have a manager apologize or even address what had happened instead of completely dismissing us. Very frustrating especially because this is not even a hotel where pets are supposed to be allowed. If you need to get a good nights sleep, have allergies or even just want a room that’s guaranteed to be clean, this is not the place for you.

The outside property at this Super 8 was well kept. Inside and our room was not clean! The floors were filthy and the sink and tub couldn't be used without being cleaned first. The refrigerator didn't work. The sink drained so slowly you had to hurry and turn off the water so it didn't run over. Two days and no breakfast was ever seen. The one coffee pot in the lobby was filled once a day. No remote in the room. We had to go buy our own to use the tv after asking for and receiving a defective one from the desk clerk. I DO Not Recommend this motel!
