Exquisitely remodeled modern lake property on over 2 acres of scenic Lake Holbrook with your own private 210 feet of shoreline. Huge Private Front Porch with rocking chairs, Adirondacks, 3 fans, can lights, dining table and more! Enjoy your favorite drink on the porch while staring out at the lake. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 13 with an open concept living room w/ gas fireplace and modern kitchen with black stainless appliances and reclaimed glass counters. Kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery/cups/plates/coffee mugs/small appliances and other items you'd expect to have to allow for cooking and enjoying meals at the home. Plenty of Parking at the home including covered parking right by the entrance. Lot's of room to spread out and enjoy your time with family and friends. Enjoy use of kayaks, canoe, fire pit, and fishing equipment. Incredible nights await by the firepit stargazing while staring over an open flame and catching up with friends. Awesome private sand beach down at the lake. Game themed home comes with ping pong, foosball, basketball, video arcade system, board games, cornhole, fishing and tetherball to name a few. Plenty of room to bring your boat and pull right up to the shoreline. The house will only be booked to you and your party! However we will be available by phone, email or text should you need anything during your stay. Rural Peaceful Lake setting about 5 miles from downtown Mineola, TX where you’ll find shops, restaurants, fast food, Walmart and the historic downtown area. We’re approx 1 hour to Dallas area, 30 minutes to Canton for Trade Days and about 30 minutes to Tyler, TX.. Solid Wheel chair ramp just installed to allow for ADA compliance and guests with disabilities. Come enjoy the lake!!

Perfect weekend getaway

This property is beautiful, and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. This trip included my 3 best friends, and 2 of our moms. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax, sleep, cook, and just rejuvenate. The game theme was so much fun, and the front porch of this house is perfect for morning coffee and evening wine!! We will definitely keep it on our list!

So much more than we imagined. Couldn't think of any forgotten detail! From toddler chairs&table, to huge game variety, to kayaking, canoe, fire pits & ample porch sitting plus all modern indoor necessities with pleasing decor, this was perfect for our family!

This is a beautiful home and has everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. We loved the "Game On" theme. Direct access to the lake with plenty of kayaks and other water vessels so you can fish or just enjoy being on the lake. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Friend’s Celebration Perfection

Six women, all over the age of 70, found this house perfect for a lazy, fun weekend. There’s plenty of beds and space for everyone. The bathrooms are huge and luxurious. Comfy living room gave us a place to watch movies. The single carport makes for loading/unloading plus keeps the weather at bay. Would be even better during the warmer months. Huge front yard, plus even larger lake front area, would give even more space for kids to play. Definitely recommend!

We came to Game On as a birthday/girl getaway. So nice and quiet in the area! The house was lovely…perfect for us. We love to paddle, so the kayaking was enjoyed by all. We took a nice long hike at the beautiful Mineola State Park that’s a short drive away. One of our group plans to return with her family and I would like to return with my grandkids. Awesome House & Hosts!

Ryan and Roxy were amazing to communicate with from the start. The house was super clean, comfortable and well equipped. If you like games, this is your spot! We enjoyed the beautiful weather and fished, kayaked and relaxed on the front porch. Only complaint is we could only stay 2 nights since it was so booked! Ha ha! We will have to return and stay longer next time.

We had a group of only four ladies & the property was great! However this house & amenities are great for much larger groups. The living area is large & has plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the front porch for coffee in the mornings & beautiful sunsets. You won’t be disappointed!

Small Town Retreat

We very much enjoyed our stay at Game On. The house was well appointed, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make a nice meal and grill out. We stayed in the winter and weren’t able to enjoy the outside amenities, but it looked like you could have a great time on the lake. The kids loved the game wall and the bunk rooms, super family friendly. I would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation 2023

Our family had a great time in this beautiful home on the lake. There were lots of things to do to keep our 11 year old grandson entertained. We especially enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables. The kayaks were great as well. The water in the cove was perfect for beginner kayak users. The large front porch was a real treat to sit on and enjoy the view of the lake. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meals and the open floor plan made it easy for everyone to be together. Communication with the owners was excellent. They made sure the rental went smoothly. We definitely want to rent this home again when we visit the Great State of Texas. Thank you Ryan and Roxy!

Thanksgiving 2023

The property was exactly as the hosts said it would be. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, there are plenty of games and things to do for all ages, it has a lakefront fire ring where we spent most of our evenings. Everything worked well for us with the exception of the sleeping arrangements but that had nothing to do with the house but the size and age differences of our kids & grand kids. We all had a great time!!
