The front staff who checked me was great and very helpful. He went up and beyond to help me. We came there because our heat went out in our home and he made sure we were comfortable and got a room. I wish I remembered his name but make sure to tell him we said thanks again!

Nice look but disappointing
Overall the stay was fine... breakfast was excellent. The hotel allowed alcohol in the pool area and the behaviour of other guests in the hot tub was a negative. Also, the hotel mistakenly added charges to our credit card after checkout. It took several phone calls over a week to correct this, but when we did, we somehow lost money in the exchange back to Canadian funds. So their mistake cost us for no reason. Also, we had a complaint the cleanliness of one of our rooms, but staff did nothing about it.

Okay for one night
Room was not fully cleaned. There was a lot of stains on the bathroom ceiling and spiders in both the bathroom and main room. The room key didn’t work when we first got there, and then there wasn’t a TV remote. Hot tub was more like a warm bath, and not all the hets were working. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Would recommended stopping somewhere else then eating the “hot” breakfast that was provided.
