The hotel was very clean, comfortable and right across from the mall. The price was affordable and the staff were friendly and courteous. The king bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in and the linens and pillows were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than average, although they did not have bacon as one of the meat options. Not all aspects were positive however. When we arrived we discovered that the bathroom had been used recently before our arrival. When I went to the front desk to let them know the garbage can in the bathroom had garbage in it, the hand soap was opened (and still wet next to the sink) and one of the towels was recently used and damp next to the sink the clerk gave me a new soap and set of towels, but never offered an apology or offered to have someone clean the area. My other issue was with the pool area. There are signs posted all over saying no food or drinks in the area but this rule was not enforced at all, and we couldn’t enjoy the facility on our first night because a couple had a 40oz bottle of booze and were drinking in the hot tub from dinner time right til it closed.

This was a great hotel, very clean. Only complaint was that there was no housekeeping between days, no one took out the garbage or made our beds…fresh towels ect. Not a deal breaker but a nice convenience when staying in a hotel. I had to empty the garbage outside in a larger can. Also. No one specified on checkin the breakfast hours, so the first day we missed it. A IHOP was close by but that was a $40USD mistake sleeping in. Overall, i would give the hotel 4/5 stars. Would have been 5 if there was housekeeping
