The hotel is older and looks different from the pictures, they were doing repairs and painting while I was there. Games/game room wasn’t working.

This place was very dirty, beds where stained, bathroom sink and showers didnt drain, no ome cleaned the room every 3 days we were told. Elevator was filthy. Told front desk about drain was told no maintenance on site but would send when they came by , no one ever came.

This stay was our second in less than a week, should have learned from our first night at the property. From the pictures on Expedia, the lobby has been "refreshed", new paint, furniture, etc...they are currently painting the exterior of the hotel. The rooms...they should have started there!! As I said before, old, tired, smelly, in desperate need of complete make-over. Frankly I don't really look at the exterior of the building, it's where I sleep that matters...I want a room that is welcoming, clean and comfortable...ours was not. I would have started with the room renos first!
