We stayed here in October while in town for Sabrina Carpenter and really liked it. The front desk staff were fantastic and the rooms were clean. Some mornings we were the only ones in the dining room for breakfast, the lady working the breakfast bar was friendly and kept everything so tidy. We drive to Minneapolis from Canada a couple times a year and this is our new spot! The hotel was quiet and we felt safe, we never got a chance to use the pool, but checked it out when we arrived it was on the small side but wouldn't have bothered us much.

The property felt new and clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast is well done with a spacious and pleasant eating area. My only suggestion is for the price and quality of everything else is to switch to reuseable dishware for breakfast. Styrofoam and plastic silverware felt out of place for the location.

Average. No towel racks. No info about tv channels or nearby surrounding area.. Elevator broken 2 days (were given a discount though). Breakfast was ok and plenty of seating. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful!!
