Roach motel
An extra $100 fee added at check in. $50 per night for incidentals? Should be refunded if they don't find any incidentals to keep it for. Cockroach in room one, mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room two has wallpaper scotch taped to the wall. No bugs that we saw however in the end more mold was found in the bathroom and sitting area after a check but I was tired and didn't want to fight to move rooms again. Bathroom mirror was swollen and cracked from the amount of condensation it has absorbed. The ottoman in the sitting room had a broken under liner hanging down. The walls were disgusting. The towels all ended up having stains. One bed didn't have a fitted sheet. Breakfast was mid at best. Hotel staff will let anyone through the side doors without any proof they are staying at the hotel. Front desk staff was always curt and just off putting. We stayed, we left. After reading reviews on Google I didn't even ask to speak with management about my issues because they don't issue refunds and management is awful. 0/10 would not stay here again.

Hotels.com charged us twice the value of the room and then didn't communicate the correct information about the room and we had to ask the hotel for what Hotels.com charged us for. Gratefully the hotel was accommodation accommodating. The bathroom in the room actually smelled like sewer...not so great. Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. Also like the separate living room area in the room.

Have stayed here multiple times. We like the open area of the hotel and enjoy the welcome and breakfast options. The hotel itself (rooms included) could use some updating is all.

Just okay. Front desk was OK, didn’t tell us check out time or anything like that. Didn’t tell us where the elevators were. Not a huge deal. Happy hour is good just like everyone is saying as far as you get two free drinks. Happy hour food isn’t great. The breakfast is great, made to order omelettes, etc. Room themselves are very outdated, pretty clean though. Surrounding area is not good at all. One restaurant near, and they are building a furniture store near so lots of dirt and not good views of anything. It was OK, just OK.
