Wonderful stay, highly recommend
Wonderful stay. Location is great near restaurants and in the heart of downtown. The building is gorgeous, rooms are great and clean. The breakfast is spectacular. Would highly recommend! Only suggestion I have is to offer complimentary water to your guests each day, rather than just at check-in.

We arrived at the hotel a little early for the Twins game. We weren’t allowed to check in, but were told we could park the car and leave our belongings. After we unloaded the car and were ready to store our 2 bags, the front desk staff seemed very put off. We were given attitude and it seemed that no one wanted to help and they were irritated w/us. Not exactly the feel we were expecting upon arrival. Breakfast and happy hour were very nice however.

If you didn’t valet park, parking was very inconvenient. The pool was very small and they ran out of pool towel. We stayed in a suite and they only had one shower towel, we had to call down for more. Soap and shower body wash were empty. When spending that much money on one night, I expect more.
