The staff was excellent. No complaints there. The breakfast was constantly being resupplied and food was hot. Although the breakfast area is small and felt crowded. The room we were in was clean, as well as the common areas and areas. The building seemed to have been recently renovated but our room showed some finishing that could have been done better by the contractor. Gaps and misaligned bathroom door etc. but cleanliness is paramount so they are good there. The other downside is the location of nearby services. Very limited for restaurants and one outdated mall nearby. That said we were central to the main reason we were there. 15 min to downtown, 12 min to Mall of America and 11 min to Valley Fair and there were plenty of places to eat around there so plan accordingly.

Completely newly renovated. Staff was very friendly. Better breakfast than most hotels at this price range with make your own pancakes, omelettes, sausage, cereals, etc. Would go here again if I'm in the area.

Staff was nice. Checkin was easy. Hotel was visibly being remodeled and had some damaged/broken fixtures. The hotel is conveniently located right off a main road but the area around the hotel looked like a construction site.

We were not informed that the pool was under maintenance before our stay. We were staying for a family get together and had lots of kids that were looking forward to swimming. Very disappointed in the fact this was not available. Attempted to see if we could swim at a hHoliday inn sister hotel and were told that was not an option.

friendly staff. quiet. close to mall and lots of restuarants. Easy drive to airport when not in rush hour. Takes about 20 minutes. Good exercise room. No pool but plans to build one.
