Everything was great, however, I had a problem with the shuttle. I told them the time of my flight out, they suggested 4:30 AM for my shuttle to the airport. My flight was 545, and this was not enough time for me to get checked in. Consequently I miss my flight and had to wait nine hours for the next flight. When I returned from my trip, their shuttle service was using the Hyatt van, with photocopies of the Holiday Inn sign in the window which I did not see, all I saw was the name Hyatt Painted on the outside of the van. I waited inside and watched for them out the window, 45 minutes, evidently they came, and I did not recognize the van and they tried to call me, but they had taken down the wrong number. But once I called a second time they came promptly, and I knew what I was supposed to be looking for, very frustrating. The motel and staff themselves were good, the morning breakfast was nice. I will stay there again, but next time be more aggressive with the shuttle staff.
