One of two rooms had makeup wiped on a door, a dirty pillowcase, tissues on the floor under night stand and a dirty glass in the sink. Asked for daily service and didn’t get. Complained then got great service for the day. Next night had to go get towels, they left wash rags and hand towels but no bath towels.

Great location, immaculate room
Wonderful hotel close to the University. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my 3-night stay. Pool and hot tub were clean and quiet. Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice bar/lounge. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The organization is top-notch, with everything in its proper place. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. Overall, a good choice for anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable stay. Good coffee

Hotel was amazing! Very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Parking was easy though I’m sure if the hotel was full parking would be more difficult. Breakfast was nothing special but was still good.

Minneapolis stay July 28-29
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast options were pretty good. My only complaints revolve around parking. We were not told that we would be charged $25 a night to park our vehicle. This was sprung on us when we checked in. At no time during our reservation, did we see anything about this charge. We may have decided to stay elsewhere due to this extra charge.
