The QR codes are all scratched up and don't scan. There was no information about the area in the room such as restaurants near ect.. The water in the ahower never got close to hot. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. And the airplanes are very loud

We checked in late on a day with inclimate weather. The hotel was very full and it was obvious it had been a long day for the staff, yet the woman at the front desk treated me as though I was a long missed close relative. There is a bar right in the lobby and the Scotch offered up by our new friend hit the spot! My two bed room that I shared with my wife and daughter was spacious like an apartment and arranged well. And the breakfast had many choices, with my scrambled eggs tasting fresh and hot. Many thanks to our hosts! I would definitely stay here again!

BEWARE! This is probably the ONLY hotel property in the suburban Twin Cities area that charges for parking. ($11/day). Desk agent on check-in was rude...probably mad we interupted the video that was playing on her phone that she kept glancing at. Hair dryer in room didn't work but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, there is a steady traffic hum coming from 494...might hurt or help! Desk agent on check-out was super nice and kinda helped to balance out the experience we had with her rude co-worker the night before.

The only major complaint I have in regards to this property is the fact that one of the elevators was out for the duration of my stay. It made going from the 6th floor to the first floor quite difficult at many times.

The check in staff were a bit rude, and clearly stressed. We stood at the desk waiting to check in while the front desk staff chatted and complained about other guests between themselves. Further. We were notified on arrival, rather than at time of check in that airport parking was unavailable. Thankfully we had other arrangements, or this would’ve been extremely upsetting.

Very helpful staff with the parking and general. The free breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel. Only complaint is one of the elevators wasn't working, which isn't necessarily the hotel's fault. It happens.

All most perfect stay.

Everything was perfect except for two things. First off that they didn't have a microwave and secondly I had a hard time getting into the shuttle. The step was very high, 17" or so and the grab bar was straight up which wasn't in an natural position to help pull yourself up and forward. Thank goodness I had lots of help from strangers.
