Checking in was a disaster. They tried to charge us $325 when everything had already been booked and paid for. Then after fixing that told us it was a “routing issue” on their end. We check out, and get a random charge for a very random amount that I have no idea where it could’ve come from. Trying to get into contact with anyone to resolve this has been incredibly frustrating and difficult and I still don’t have any actual clear answers. We just got told over the phone “we will fix it now” and have heard nothing back.

Shuttle is only available 4am-11am n 3pm to 11pm. If you fly in any other times you will need to Uber. One of the shuttle drivers was down right rude. Breakfast needs improvement. Staff was helpful. Overall okay.
