Excellent Stay at the InterContinental
I stayed during the Twin Cities Marathon and found arrangements to be wonderful. I appreciated the convenient valet service, the ease of checking in, a wonderful room with a great view, bathtub, alarm clock, refrigerator, phone, and coffee maker. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very personable, making me feel very welcome. I hope to run the race next October - so save me a room!!!

For an IHG hotel, I still needed to meet my expectations. The rooms had either no A/C or could not keep up with cooling the rooms. We were given fans that could have been more effective, too. I can only imagine how terrible it would have been to stay in this hotel in midsummer with temperatures of 90 . It was mid-70s and hotter in the room than it was outside. The breakfast was not up to par with this hotel brand, and I was highly disappointed with the entire experience.
