Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our flight was delayed, so we weren't able to get to the property some time after midnight the next morning when were supposed to be there by 9:00pm. When we got to the front desk, no one was there. There was no bell, so we proceeded to call out, then spotted someone in a back office. A few minutes later, he came out then told us, "You have to wait," with no explanation then walked back to the office. We then waited another 10-15 minutes then he came back out and gave us our room keys and told us where we needed to go. He was not very friendly and made it seem as if we were inconveniencing him in some way. Normally, I would never right a bad review because everyone has a bad day once in a while. But as we sat there in the waiting area for 15 minutes, that's when we noticed that there was peeling wall paper, spills that were not cleaned up and an overall untidiness to the place. My husband said that he would never stay at a LaQuinta ever again.
