The rooms were perfectly luxurious, and the location wasn't horrible. Customer service was mediocre, except for Sabrina the waitress. The kitchen was closed a lot, so we couldn't even get boiled water to make tea. Coffee at the restaurant was $4.50!

The location is great and the room was clean and the staff was really accommodating. My only (slight) beef is the decor, in both the rooms and the restaurant/bar. Kind of funky (which I sometimes like and stark (which I usually do not).

Enjoyed my stay in Minneapolis
The overall design and room amenities were very nice. I was very pleased they allowed me to check in early as I had work to do and the desk/table in the room was perfect. The only complaint I have is about the bed. It was not very comfortable and I have never seen such tiny pillows. Other than that, I really enjoyed the room. Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous. However, two of the desk clerks were fairly rude and dismissive.
