Great stay!
Very clean house in great location. Walking distance to the beach. Short drive to the grocery store. The heated pool and hot tub was the best during these winter months. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place!
Our group had a great time staying at Get Your Sun.... Home is very clean and spacious, just a few blocks from the beach in a nice neighborhood. It was nice that our group of 4 couples and 2 singles could all have king bedrooms and their own bathrooms (and we did not need to use the queen bunk area, though it's a nice space if you have extra people). The kitchen is nicely stocked, and I was impressed with the amount of plates, bowls, flatware, glasses, coffee cups, etc., each at least 15 or 20+, that made it easy to eat in without having to continually wash dishes or run the dishwasher. There's also a separate ice maker that made plenty and was nice for drinks. The outdoor pool and hot tub spa area are really nice as well, and though close to adjacent houses, it's fenced in and feels private. We did pay the additional fee to heat the pool, and though that is a bit of a pricey option it was definitely worth it overall, and we enjoyed 2 full days just lounging outside and swimming. There's an outdoor fridge in the grill station which was convenient for keeping drinks cool during pool time. Would definitely recommend!

House is nice, layout is good but a beach house should supply beach towels. Travelers are flying and don’t have room to bring towels for 12 people! Simple fix. Also supply a step stool or ladder as the house must have been set up for basketball players! And fire pit didn’t work. The beach set up sucks! They set all these chairs and umbrellas at the edge of the beach so close together that you can’t have your group together and half of the people aren’t even at the beach! And sorry but 2 chairs for a house that sleeps 24? I understand having a set up but should be set up as you come to the beach, don’t monopolize the beach with empty chairs! The steps and setup make trips to the beach difficult which is why most people visit Destin.

The house was very clean. Easy check-in. Host/property manager was easy to contact. House is 6 minute walk from the beach. Very spacious. Spent the week with cousins who loved the bunk/play room and outdoor hot tub and pool.

Great stay for all ages
House was very well-maintained, clean, plenty of space for 17 of us. Location was great, very easy working with the property manager before and during the stay. Loved having the beach chair service included! Would have been nice if some beach towels, pool toys, board games were included as we had to bring from home / buy once we got there. Definitely recommend this property!

Amazing house!
This house was so beautiful and so clean! There was a ton of space for all of us (9 total) and we definitely could have fit more. The pool was heated perfectly. We had private access to the beach which was so nice and just a short walk from the house. Definitely would come back and recommend to friends!

This was a business retreat for a large group of women. It was awesome; close enough to the beach to walk a few minutes. The bedding is so comfortable (I want to know the name of the mattress) lol It was extremely clean, comfy, and beautiful. Highly reccomend.

40th Birthday Stay
We absolutely loved our time at this home. It was a group of about 12-15 people, mostly couples. The fact that every room except for one had an en suite was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked so well for cooking at the home. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, pots, pans, a blender, a slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, separate ice maker. Absolutely fantastic home, probably one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at. Almost all furniture was brand new, some of the dressers still had tags attached. Plenty of parking, we had 5 vehicles plus a rented golf cart. Walk-ability was wonderful, definitely recommend renting a golf cart. Can ride to coffee shop, Winn Dixie, Alvins beach store, etc. If you are not renting in summer time, definitely pay the extra for the heated pool. My kids were in it the whole time, it felt like bath water. Hot tub was wonderful for grown ups as well. Wonderful property overall, without too many rules or too much clean up before leaving. Property managers communicated very well when needed as well.

Our stay at Fun in the Sun was a great time! The house was perfect for our families-lots of room and everyone had their own space. We had trouble getting the fire pit started and someone came right out to help. The beach is beautiful and within walking distance! We would stay here again!

Property was beautiful and the location was great. Overall was great. The property manger was very quick to respond and very helpful as well. My only complaint is there was hair in the shower upon our arrival in multiple showers. You could definitely tell the cleaning was done quick and not taken seriously. Everything else was perfect besides the cleanness. Would stay again. Lots of space.

Beautiful property in a great location! We were able to walk to get coffee each morning, a short enough walk to the beach, and close to the grocery store which adds convenience! The only downfall is that we paid for our pool to be heated but there was some sort of gas line issue so it never heated up and the fire pit did not work. Property management was easy to get in contact with and they offered to refund my money right away. This house was super spacious with more than enough room for 24 of our friends to have a reunion! The top floor was so fun with the bunk beds and pool tables. We ended up hanging out and watching movies up there a few nights. We stayed here in January and had a blast, I can only imagine being here in the summer! Just an FYI: bring your own coffee filters, salt and pepper, and aluminum foil! I’ve stayed at multiple VRBO which have these but this one doesnt

This property was amazing! It’s VERY close to the beach. It’s less than a 10 minute walk. There were many rooms and sleeping options. The pool was the perfect size for the kids on the trip. The place was VERY CLEAN. The property management was very responsive. I would recommend this listing to everyone. 10/10

Great stay
We would stay again! Great house layout, two kitchen tables and an island, great living room with newer couches and a big TV. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room and loved the pool! I recommend checking out this property and the others they own. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy with TVs and big beds. We loved the nice bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms. A few small issues: We didn’t realize it would cost an additional $800 to heat the pool ($100/day) when we booked. It mentioned that it could be heated but the price felt a bit steep. The house is great but there are several patch areas on the walls that don’t match the paint, and it’s a bit beat up in areas. Not a problem. The biggest issue was that blinds were needed in several windows. One of the bedrooms had a full door uncovered that faced the house behind, and privacy and flashing lights were an issue. Hard to sleep. The bunk room doesn’t have blinds and the kids wake up at the crack of dawn. Future guests- we had to buy a box of garbage bags, counter cleaner, and paper towels. Everything ran out quickly. Other than that, fantastic stay.
