Property is very out dated and don't look like th photos. Beds are very hard, which made it impossible to get a good sleep, also there are lights outside the rooms so you room isn't dark at night. Power and water go out quite often, there was no water in the morning. The staff are very creepy, I had gone out to watch the sunrise and came back and a staff member was asking for my contact details and if I had a boyfriend, I then went back into my room and 5mins later he knocked on my door with a coconut asking to come into my room! The location is excellent, the beach is right across the road but that is the only positive thing about this hotel, it is in no way a resort.

Property is located across from beach.It is a small one consisting of a number of apartments. The staff were friendly but the property itself is very dated and desperately needs a facelift

Nice hotel , 10 metres from beach. Staff very helpful, Pleasant, clean room with safe. Mirissa is a party town with loud music throughout the night

Awesome hotel across the beach
We got a room upgrade with views of the beach. Fanstastic room and convenient location. The staff was always helpful and took care of our requests.

完全想像不到，真的真的太差勁，房間簡直像員工宿捨，太離普了，根本不值此價，奉勸大家真的要考慮清楚

写真とは異なります。ホテルでレストランも経営してるため、ホテルの部屋の前はテーブル席になっていました。笑 そしてプールなどはなかったです。部屋のシャワーも衛生面上サンダルを履きシャワーを浴びました。海はホテルの前の道路を渡ればビーチに行けます。いつもエクスペディアでホテル予約をしてますがこのホテルは余りにも写真とは違うのでコメントさせていただきました。旅の途中の一泊なので良かったです。マネージャーの対応は良かったです。笑

Serenity är funktionellt och prisvärt
Marissa Serenity Resort hade precis det vi behövde. Rena rum och en absolut perfekt service av ägaren och personalen. De pratar perfekt engelska och var easy going. Hela känslan är familjär. Hotellet med 9 rum ligger precis vid vägen och trafiken är intensiv med hög ljudnivå men så är det på många ställen i Merissa. Vi vande osd vid ljuden men den som är känslig kan välja något annat. Fördelarna vägde dock över. Hotellet har en utmärkt kinesisk restaurang. Rekommenderar Serenity som ett prisvärt alternativ när man är ute efter sol o bad.

Nonchalant personal, trevlig ägare
Trevlig ägare med trevlig incheckning. Dock var det rånarpriser i deras resturang och en av de yngre anställda, som även jobbade på hotellet, var otrevlig och skrattade även överlägset åt oss när vi påpekade hur lite mat det var. Lite som att han blåst oss. Känndes genomgående som att han inte gillade sitt jobb och grymtade lite tillbaka om man sa något till honom. De har ett litet myrproblem då myggnäten till badrummen är trasiga, även badrummsmattorna är lite smutsiga, annars hade det varit bra renlighet.

Pas idéal mais acceptable
Pas sur la plage, mais en bord de route face à la plage, donc proche mais pas pareil. Chambre très propre et confortable. Par contre quasi 0 service à l'hotel, c'est vraiment des chambres à louer. Les petits dej n'étaient pas terribles. J'ai pas testé le restaurant mais il avait l'air bon.
