The area Is pretty safe, a few homeless pushing their belongings by but nothing that seemed too concerning. Good parking and well lit outdoor areas. We had no issues at all, very quiet at night.

Close to airport, clean rooms with the bar and resteraunt attached. They allow you to leave your vehicle and utilize Lyft to get to and from the airport. No brainer.
