Overall property was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were just the right firmness. Not too soft and not to firm. Breakfast was typical of an hotel breakfast with several options. Only suggestion would be to provide a few more wash cloths and hand towels.

It wasn’t dirty, nor was it super clean. We stayed 2 nights. They didn’t come in the next day at all. Even to empty the garbage or give us clean towels. It was a little noisy. Did provide an okay breakfast. It was what it was for the money and was okay.

Rooms were average. Handy to visit Arches Park. We were leaving early morning. So I asked the manager to pack the Breakfast and he agreed to leave the food in the kitchen which we could help ourselves. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. When I called him, he very conventinelty told me that he could not arrange it. No courtesy to tell us ina advance so we could arrange ourselves. Breakfast was not provided inpite of us paying for it in room price. Very unhappy
