Upon check in, I was notified of a $100 deposit that was not noted in the fine print when the room was booked. The check in clerk was pleasant and efficient. There was no shower curtain and we only had enough towels for two, although it was noted in booking thay we had 3 adults and 2 children. Those issues were resolved quickly. The toiley paper roll was detached from the wall, sofa bed was very uncomfortable compared to other sofa beds, the breakfast was decent. Overall 3.5/5.

Hotel looks good from a distance. There was hair absolutely everywhere, in the towels, on the shower walls and bathroom floor. The shower was stained brown. The beds had crumbs. It was super disappointing.
