"Perfekt für den Familienkurztrip! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen dass die Kinder mit Herzblut in das Konzept eingebunden sind (z.B. Bademantel und Hausschuhe sowie Kosmetikartikel für Kinder genauso wie für Erwachsene auf dem Zimmer, Massageangebot für Kinder, Schlitten- und Spieleleihmöglichkeit, auch die Kinderbetreuung war toll mit wechselndem Programm. Reichhaltiges Frühstück- und Abendbuffet. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Kinderschemel im Bad hat gefehlt, eine kleine Spiel- oder Bauecke in der Lobbybar wäre schön gewesen, Akustik im Schwimmbad und Restaurant verbesserungswürdig. Großes Lob an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. "
