There was noise at night as well as works during the day starting at 7 am. No air conditioning and a ventilator that does not make any sense. It was either be hot or hear noise… sleept not good at the end. In addition I think for the price the rooms were very basic as well as the breakfast

When we arrived, around 18:00 for checking in, we were told that our room was ready. However it was not. When we entered inside it was really dirty and messy. We were proposed another room but less convenient. We had to insist to get the room that we booked cleaned. Finally around 19:00 we were able to get it. In addition, when we get our room cleaned the second day, they thrown away our dental floss. The personnel at the entrance did their best to accommodate us, but there an issue with the cleaning process. You can’t give the key to a customer if the room is not ready.

Zuvorkommend ! Nicht geplante späte Anreise nach Restaurationsschluss. Trotzdem servierte die nette Crew einen Obstsalat. Sehr zufrieden ! Gutes Frühstück.

Kurzbesuch

Mein Besuch galt der Operettenaufführung in Wildegg, die Aufenthaltsdauer betrug nur eine Nacht. Bei der e-Buchung konnte ich - aus mir unerklärbaren Gründen - kein Einzelzimmer buchen, so war ich gezwungen, ein Doppelzimmer zu nehmen, was sich auch im Preis entsprechend niederschlug. Mir war auch nicht klar, was die Hotelgebühr bedeutete, die immerhin 13 des Zimmerpreises betrug. Das Zimmer war sauber und entsprechend groß, den Kühlschrank der Minibar hatte man aus dem Schrank entfernt, sodaß nach meinem nächtlichen Eintreffen mein Durst nur mit Wasser gestillt werden konnte. Das Personal - soferne ich eines traf, war nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
