Fabulous apartment

Really fab apartment, on the quieter end of the Boulevard de Garavan. The view across mature trees and shrubs to the sea is beautiful. The flat is well equipped and spacious (for two). Can't wait to return.Ps Andrea who met us at the property was very friendly and welcoming.

A SPACIOUS & VERY COMFORTABLE APARTMENT

The apartment proved to be an ideal choice for our needs. The clean and modern interior was always good to come home to at the end of each day - with the superb balcony and dawn/sunset Mediterranean views a special bonus. Downtown Menton was within easy reach by local bus - and Menton Garavan station just a few minutes walk away.

Spacious Apartment on Menton's Finest Boulevard!

A very comfortable and spacious apartment in a quiet, tree-lined boulevard. Large terrace and wonderful views. Property managers were very helpful.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Der Bahnhof Menton-Garavan ist fußläufig erreichbar und von dort gibt es sehr günstige Verbindungen nach Monaco oder Nizza. Für das Auto gibt es eine Einzelgarage.AutoEinzelgVerfügung.Verfügung.

Wonderful apartment with amazing view

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was very spacious and had al the nececities for a stay with our Family. The airco was very welcome during the hot days. The view from the big terace is beautifull. The house is located close to the train station but a Little far from the city center and up on a Hill. We were without a car so it was quite a clim up. None the less we had a wonderful stay.

Die Wohnung ist modern. Hochwertig. Es fehlte an nichts. Seit unserem Aufenthalt sogar mit Klima Anlage, die wir allerdings gar nicht so oft genutzt haben. Alles war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Top Ausstattung in der Küche. Super Lage. Traumhafte Aussicht.

Très bel appartement, bien situé, bien équipé et belle déco

Nous avons passé d 'excellentes vacances dans ce très bel appartement, bien décoré, bien équipé, avec une très belle terrasse...le seul bémol : qu'il ne soit pas climatisé (tout au moins dans le séjour) car nous avons été en vigilance canicule toute la semaine de notre séjour...les ventilateurs au plafond sont insuffisants à mon sens. Sinon, merveilleux sejour.

hübsche Wohnung mit schönem Balkon und Sicht aufs Meer

Die Wohnung wurde unlängst renoviert und ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Badezimmer sind sehr schön, die Betten bequem. Essbereich und Stube sind nicht übermässig gross, aber man kann es sich gut gemütlich machen. Die Küche ist relativ gut einrichtet. Backofen und Geschirrspüler sind von hoher Qualität. Leider war die Kanne des Filterkaffeezubereiters völlig verdreckt; wir mussten improvisieren. Kapselmaschine hats auch, aber benutzten wir nicht. Etwas nachteilig ist die Ringhörigkeit des Gebäudes. Wir hatten Nachbarn (vermutlich oben), der harte Schuhe und Fernseher/Radio man jeden Abend hören konnte. Die ansonsten sehr ruhige Lage macht das ein bisschen wett - sofern nicht grad die Müllabfuhr nachts um 10 die Container leeren kommt... :) Die Bäckerei "L'amie du pain" ist sehr gut. Wir sind fast jeden Morgen die 5min zu Fuss frische Baguette und Croissants holen gegangen. Und die rieesigen Cookies... :P

Schöner Aufenthalt

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage, 10 Min zum Strand/Hafen, 5 Min bis zum nächsten Ort in Italien. Gut Ausgestattet, alles zum Kochen war vorhanden. Toller riesiger Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Einzig eine Klimaanlage hat für die heißen Temperaturen gefehlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (14 und 17) zwei Wochen im August in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bilder zu sehen ist. Man hat vom Balkon, Wohnzimmer und einem der Schlafzimmer einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Der Balkon ist viel größer als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Man kann hier mit vier Personen wunderbar essen und den schönen Blick genießen. Die Lage ist super. Ein guter Bäcker ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenfalls kann man von hier tolle Ausflüge an die Côte d‘Azur und nach Ligurien unternehmen. Dankenswerter Weise durften wir schon um 13:00 Uhr in die Wohnung. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür! Die Übergabe der Wohnung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die sehr hochwertige Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

L'impression d'être déjà en Italie

Un appartement avec de beaux matériaux et une belle décoration, dans un environnement calme (attention néanmoins à faire respecter la quiétude dans l'enceinte de la résidence), une belle vue, une entrée directe par l'extérieur qui donne une impression de maison.
