Here, in this preserved nature, all is calm and beautiful. From the ledges overlooking the city, you can admire a postcard landscape, that of a city set on the sea and bathed in a warm sun all year round.
travelers will have access to the entire apartment. It should be noted that this one is in the old town of Menton which is a typical entirely pedestrian area with stairs. There are parking lots nearby but not directly near the apartment. The apartment is not suitable if you have mobility problems

You will appreciate my place for its comfort and charm. The studio can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs.
To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal:

- An equipped kitchenette open to the living space: refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffee filter machine, cooking utensils.

- There are several options in the area to park your vehicle: the Vieille-Ville/Sablettes parking lot is 250 meters away (10 euros per day).
- Bus stops are located just outside the old town.
- Menton train station, 15 minutes away on foot.
- Nice airport, 40 minutes away by car.
Cleaning fees include cleaning and rental of sheets and towels. A welcome kit is there to welcome you and make it easier for you to start your holiday, in this kit you will find: small shampoo and soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
