Very good. Perfect for children. Good food. Very clear. Rooms are pretty and clean. Definitely 4star hotel! I would advise! The pity is the sea is dirty, but 2 swimming pool make your staying still great! Staff is welcome! So, if you’re not fond of sea swimming- that’s very very!!! Good place to stay!!!

I would never ever go to this property again it supposes to be all inclusive but it isn’t asking for even omelette in breakfast they had problems so just imagine how bad is and food was very bad meat wasn’t even cooked and opening time always 30 to 45 minutes late but closing time was on dot we had buy food from out side this hotel is no go zones it’s like 2 star

Friendly staff. Water slides were so much fun. Entertainment throughout the day !!!! Never bored!! Opportunities for excursions are offered as well by third parties. And kids friendly. Wonderful vacation place !!

La situation est très bien :plage et piscine super..par contre animations nulles à part la partie pour enfants.restauration correcte et assez variée mais il faut arriver à l'ouverture car autrement tt est dévalisé par la clientèle russe..le personnel est surtout à leur écoute.. rien pour les français et autres européens.. même à la réception on parle très mal le français.aucune soirée tunisienne non plus

Nous avions passé 10 jours et franchement rien a dire sur les prestations de cet hôtel! Étant nous meme de très grands voyageurs , avons parcouru divers pays donc fréquenté plusieurs établissements, cet hôtel ne démérite pas contrairement aux avis négatifs que j’ai pu lire . Nous les français avons cet esprit critique partout où nous allons . Alors pour ceux dont l’esprit est encore fermé cet hôtel ne leur conviendrait pas ! Un camping dans toute sa tradition leur suffirait ! Les animateurs font beaucoup d’efforts pour satisfaire les divers nationalités . On ne s’ennuie pas et les enfants ont leur place !!! Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues.... les draps changés souvent ! Les serveurs font un excellent travail... ils circulent partout pour préserver la propreté de l’endroit ....! Les russes nombreux soient ils sont poli et respectueux !!! Enfin la restauration est de très bonne qualités .... on n’a jamais l’impression de manger les mêmes choses et les quantités sont largement suffisantes ! Pas de bousculade !!! Il y a à manger tout au long de la journée et aussi à boire ! La sécurité est au top .... tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien. Pour résumé c’est un hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix... convivial et qui mérite d’être connu pour les petits budgets ! Idéal pour les familles avec enfants ( piscine chauffée, parc aquatique.... sous surveillance ). Merci et bravo Éden club !!!

Très bon club, personnel très gentils et chambre très correct Le seul problème est que la clientèle est à 90% Russes et ce sont des gens qui sont totalement impolie vis à vis du personnel et des clients étrangers

Une belle surprise, super hôtel
Un super week end dans cet hôtel, la chambre familiale spacieuse et confortable, le personnel accueillant et attentif, la restauration tre correcte et bien organisée de nombreux endroits pour se restaurer et surtout la magnifique piscine a toboggans, je recommande cet hôtel et souhaitons y retourner

A éviter pour les francophones
hôtel bien placé - mais trop de russes dans l hôtel et en plus d'être nombreux ils sont sans gêne - l'hotel est si immense que meme trouver une table est impossible 'heure du déjeuner, les russes mangent tout et si on déjeune légèrement plus tard pour éviter la foule, et bien il ne reste plus grand chose d'interessant à manger - j'ai été très fatiguée de faire la queue pour tout, aucun repas n'a été serein - beaucoup de mouches, restaurant très sales - le personnel est du coup très agressif, je les comprends car c'est une usine, ce n'est pas un club le coté plus c'est vraiment les animations et les spectacles et aussi la plage avec accès direct : mais les russes réservent leur transat tous les jours, aucune gêne donc nous sommes souvent restés sur des chaises en constatant que des transats "reservés" étaient libres presque toute la journée Merci aussi aux femmes de ménage qui font un excellent travail : les chambres étaient nickel mais je regrette que tous les soirs sans exception ce sont les mêmes musiques, toujours et toujours : et DJ un peu d'originalité !!!! all inclusive mais crêpes de l'après midi payantes : quelle idée de faire des sandwichs et des pizzas et rien de sucré pour le goûter ?
