Here you will occupy part of a semi-detached house with terrace and sea view, about 4 km from the beautiful beaches of Moneglia, 10 km from Sestri Levante with the famous bays Baia del Silenzio and Baia delle Favole, 41 km from Portofino and 43 km from the charming Cinque Terre, which you can reach by train, car or boat from Moneglia (in July and August). This accommodation is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is surrounded by green olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The accommodation is the ideal solution for a relaxing stay and an excellent starting point to visit Moneglia, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Here you can expect bell towers, a fortress, the narrow pedestrian streets of the medieval old town, equipped beaches and numerous bars along the coast, coves and the paths that lead to the mountains. To reach the accommodation by car, drive through impressive galleries overlooking the sea, once railroad line that run along the coast overlooking the sea and the mountains. Throughout the year there are concerts, events and festivals, such as the "Pumpkin Carnival" and the Olive Oil Festival. Genoa, the capital of Liguria, is only 54 km from here and has the largest historical center in Europe with its palaces and the arcades of Sottoripa, where you can taste local products. Genoa is also famous for its aquarium. Possibility of diving, paragliding, surfing, trekking and horseback riding. The last 80 meters of the access road are not asphalted, the accommodation has a separate entrance with 39 steps. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Auf den ersten Blick eine tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Berglage oberhalb von Moneglia mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist jedoch sehr zweckmäßig (Wohn-Ess-Raum mit Küche bestehend aus Sofa, Regal, Esstisch, 4 Stühlen), mit Ikea-Möbeln eingerichtet, wenngleich alles Notwendige vorhanden war. Auf den zweiten Blick fehlt es dieser Wohnung an Gemütlichkeit (Beleuchtung, Wohnzimmertisch). Ein riesiger Nachteil ist, dass entgegen der Beschreibung im Inserat, KEIN Parkplatz am Haus zur Verfügung stand. Wer die engen, kurvigen und am Straßenrand unbefestigten Bergstraßen dort kennt, weiß, dass parken dann eher halsbrecherisch wird, insbesondere, wenn man im Dunkeln nach Hause kommt. Fazit: you get, what you pay.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Die Kommunikation zwecks Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos über what’s App sogar auf deutsch. Die Wohnung ist etwas versteckt gelegen, die Parkmöglichkeit ca. 50m entfernt. Der Ausblick ist noch schöner als die Bilder es vermuten lassen & die Umgebung sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt!

Dommage que le lieu soit si loin de Moneglia. Sinon tout etait bien, sauf peut être le manque de couvert et quelques ustensile de cuisine
