Break Away offers five bedrooms, three and a half baths, WiFi, wood burning fireplace, paddle boat, paddle boards, kayaks for both adults and children sizes as well as life jackets for guests to enjoy. Let the family race and activities begin. Experience all the lake has to offer as this home which is centrally located to Moneta, Halesford area and Westlake including restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife and numerous opportunities to get out on the water to take a kayaking tour, fishing trip, or sunset cruise.
Main level has an open floor plan with kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining room that seats 14, den with comfy seating with fantastic view of the lake and Master suite. The lower level has two Queen bedrooms as well as a second full kitchen and gaming including a pool table and foos ball. The upstairs level has a bunk room with four Twin beds (one bunk bed, trundle and separate twin) that will be the kid castle of the house. The second room on that level is a Queen and shares a hall full bath.
House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
