The space
The perfect place to rest, enjoy the sea, sun and pool.
It's the Playa de la Familia. A place without too much pretension, but.. rich, personalized, quiet, clean, shared, exclusive, beautiful, intimate, unique, with details, reserved, cozy and more.
It is not one (1) room to share between Four.. .. It's Three Quarters. All with air conditioning and ceiling fan, two full bathrooms and one vanity, BBQ with Outer Kitchen 5 mts, Stadero 40m2, Sander, 210 m2 in the house and more than 3,300 m2 of land and Private Lake. Complying with Biosafety Measures. All just for you and yours.
With the ability to cook or have them prepare what you love. Drink a drink or juice sitting at the bench submerged in the pool, enjoying the scenery, the animals of the tropics, the sunset or a good fire pit or barbecue right next door to the house.
It is located in the only gated community in the area, which has a hotel and 24-hour surveillance.

The use of UV Sterilization is implemented, and disinfection and sanitization with quaternary quaternary ammonia from fifth generation IN ALL THE ELEMENTS OF the HOUSE, INCLUDING KITCHEN items. All measures will be applied before our arrival.
It is not FOR DAILY USE, ammonia is a chemical and UV rays generate radiation that must be handled with care. But there will also be a spray in the rooms, for everyone's use and the sterilization lamp will always be available in the main room.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE:
By Biosafety measures, as of October 2020, the pool will be hyper-cleaning every 3 nights, to increase hygiene, disinfection and care with treatment to our friends and community and surveillance will be perimeter and surveillance will not be available for daily bathroom toilet, it runs on behalf of the tenants and if needed please schedule it (it has no cost). The use of the mask for our partners is mandatory in front of our guests.

Looking to improve the amenities available in the house, two New Air Conditioners were installed in July 2019.
In October 2019, new outdoor lighting was installed, the campfire tank was built and a tile system in the Totumo tree creating a more cozy space in the stables and BBQ area.
In January 2020, the Totumo area was illuminated. *See, photos taken by one of our guests.
In February 2020, one of the two TVs is updated, by flat screen. A speaker with bluetooth and karaoke is added and new lighting is done, over the lake and in the Que Camina Tree. : -) ... A little more details.
May 2020. Adopting BIOSAFETY Measures.
For August 2020, New Filtration System for the Pool was installed, a new non-slip ceramic on the pool stairs (Photo by Daniel) and the Beach Kiosko was made New.
For the first week of October 2020, new ceiling fans (fans) were installed, Natalia brought them (thank you).
As of October 22, all rooms have a smoke detector. Please do not smoke in enclosed areas such as rooms, bathrooms and laundry area.
On November 28, 2020, bathrooms with ceramics were renovated to increase their hygiene. And on 11th, a refrigerator and TV were updated.

To increase Biosafety from 2020, inside our house in all rooms, there must ALWAYS be a sprinkler with QUATERNARY AMMONIA. Please note that the rooms have already been disinfected with the product, just so that if, WE CONSIDER IT IMPORTANT, we can do it. You must wait 20 minutes after spraying, do not apply it to the skin, it is for the room and the elements inside it . And it's important that it's sprayed, that is, low amounts and let it pass 20 minutes.
The UV Sterilizer Table Lamp (thanks to Ricardo for taking it), has a remote control, MAXIMUM TIME OF USE 20 MINUTES and must be turned off. There is not TO ANYONE IN the ROOM while IT IS turned on.
Both systems REQUIRE CARE. I reiterate, the ROOMS WERE already sanitized, SANITIZED, and STERILIZED.
People who help us in the house should take the temperature before entering the house. The Laser thermometer is always available to everyone in the cupboard.
Safety and trust go hand in hand. And for us, the safety of family and friends is paramount.
