Notre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes,ni à la hauteur du prix reglé. Une seule petite serviette par personne dans la chambre, très bruyant, chambre qui d’ailleurs n’a pas été nettoyé au deuxième jour Service à table notre deuxième soir,déplorable, un verre cassé qui n’est pas remplacé ,et reste cassé au sol,durant tout le repas.. malgré mes trois relances,car présence d’enfants à la table voisine. Il m’a été répondu « je fini le service et je le ramasse » l’apéritif contenu dans le verre cassé n’a pas non plus été remplacé,malgré deux relances. Au dessert j’ai dit qu’il était maintenant inutile de me l’apporter,car trop tard.. nous avons pris deux glace en pot au dessert,et là,on nous les apporte et on nous explique que les cuillères sont sous le couvercle,effectivement,un petit palet en bois,qui un fois planté dans la glace,se casse immédiatement.. nous sommes dans un restaurant,pas dans un snack Présence de nombreuses mouches sur le buffet du petit déjeuner,une cloche ou un ventilateur semble nécessaire. En revanche,je tiens à préciser que la nourriture proposée est excellente,et de très bonne qualité. Nous avons fait par au patron,de notre mécontentement,il nous a écouté et nous a expliqué être en manque de personnel. Il n’a malheureusement proposé aucun geste commercial.
