Très déçu de cet établissement.
Nous avions pris un logement qui, comme indiqué lors de notre réservation, comprenait lave et sèche linge. En arrivant sur place, il y en avait pas. Or nous avions pris cet établissement exprès pour avoir la machine. Pire encore, le nettoyage n’était pas complètement fait ! Insectes écrasés au sol, poils dans la baignoire et poubelle non vidée.
20 minutes d’attentes au téléphone puis 1h d’attente à la réception pour au final nous dire qu’on ne sera pas changé d’unité.
Les responsables n’étaient pas sur place donc les employés ont fait comme ils ont pu.
Il n’en reste pas moins que je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. De plus il y a une très mauvaise isolation phonique. Faut aimer vivre avec ces voisins
