The food options are amazing here we had a few a la carte dinners but mostly used the buffet as it was quick and convenient and so much delicious choices. The staff here are some of the most incredible people I have ever met my daughter and I were treated better than any other place we have been … not that we have been treated badly elsewhere but I found Jamaicans are some of the friendliest happiest folks I’ve ever had the pleasure of spending time with. My only complaint is not enough to do on the adult side when it rains hard but we survived. The snorkelling is amazing right outside in front of resort no need to go on an excursion if your on a budget I will definitely be back

Property was nice, the staff was amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. Didn't like that to get to our room on the luxury side you had to pass through an open area. It rain everyday so that area was wet and prone to slip harzards.

Some of the staff were a little abbrasive. When aaking questions it appeared as though we were bothering them. I never received the bottle that was supposed to be delivered to my room after asking 3 times. Adult pool closes too early.

The people here were amazing. The food could have been better. We chose the hibachi restaurant but it was clear if you go you only have the Japanese option or the hibachi option. They should have more reservations for the hibachi option.

I absolutely loved staying here. When i first got there it was a bit rough, my check in was supposed to be for 3pm but my room wasn’t ready until almost 7pm. But, after my stay i fell inlove. I have never wanted to repeat a stay at a resort because i am constantly wanting to try new resorts. But this one, i feel i definitely will come back to. The only issues i had with this resort were: the elevators never worked, i was on the 5th floor so taking the stairs all the time was hard. Another thing was i ordered room service thru the app and scheduled it, but it never came. The staff here is incredible. I’ve never met nicer people. If it weren’t for my check in situation and the elevators I’d give this place a 10.

Me and the wifey went on our honey moon here, and it pretty nice. We got off the bus and we were served rum punch, which was pretty good. Everyone was extremely nice. Pros are all the staff are willing to help or assist you. Example; we had no excursions booked prior to arriving, but we talked to a few staff members and they seemed always have someone for you to reach out to for anything you need. We are in Jamaica, some things are legal out there if you catch my drift. Room service was pretty good, they’d bring the food to your room upon request, pick up dishes etc. The cleaning crew will walk in your room if they don’t hear you lol, they almost walked in on us and caught a X rated scene. Be prepared to tip fellas the moment you step off the airport. Runaway Bay is about 45 mins from the Airport. Ocho Rios is where the excursions are, and the taxi drivers are going to charge you $100 to get there. However the resort is peaceful not a lot of stuff to do there. Cons, there could be more food options throughout the day. The drinks are watered down. The sheets don’t seem clean. They are going to try to offer you a package deal and want to spend a couple thousand to be a “Privilege Member” which I think is a bunch of bologna lol. I’m a salesman I knew I was being set up the moment they asked me do I have a major credit card. It’s the ladies in white shirts that sit at the desk when you are headed to your room lol avoid them.

First, this was not my first time staying at this hotel. I’ve had great times there prior with food, amenities such as the spa that is BEYOND lovely, staff and entertainment. This stay was lacking with cleanliness with my room personally. I went with a group having 4 rooms and mine was not as clean to the point there were a few roaches visible at night. A horrible feeling to not be comfortable in my room for the time I was there; due to this I will not return.

Everything was great! The staff was super nice and helpful, we had everything we needed right on the resort. Food was amazing at every restaurant we tried. The ONLY thing I would say was disappointing were the desserts. None of the desserts I had were very good at all. But despite that I would still go back to this resort. 9.5/10 experience.

We checked in to the resort on 10/13/24. We stayed 5 nights and didnt want to leave. This was a trip for just my husband and I. We stayed on tje Luxury/Adult side. Our room was a sea view on the 5th floor. We could aee everything. It was beautiful. The entertainment and staff were top notch. We participated in alot of pool gamea and won a few bottles of Rum. The drinks were great. I just wish they had a bigger selection of beers. The beaches wwre beautiful! I highly recommend going to the grand side beach. They have a raft in the water that you can get fresh lobstee cooked right there. Beat lobster ive ever had! All of the ala cart restaurants were delicious. Plenty of food choicea all da. You wont feel hungry ever. Plenty of deaignated smoking areas. You can pretty much smoke anywhere. We cant wait to go back!!!
