There was no elevator, the quality of food was poor, there was no telephone available in the room, the bed linens were not clean, the towels were old and very rough, many days no towels were provided to the room that were clean, the safe in my room did not work, many times the key card did not work, and I would need to walk all the way downstairs to reception to have it reprogrammed, I asked her an hour on the first day and during my 20 day day, I never received an iron although I requested it on numerous occasions. There is no beach there, it is across the street and you are given a pass but you need to pay for a chair and an umbrella if you want one which is $15 US. The beach is only open from 9 AM until 5 PM so if you wanna go to the beach at night, you’re out of luck. Fourthe amount of money that I spent on this hotel, I would not recommend it.

Great place for a few nights. There is no public access to beach, however you can pay to go to the beach next door. The food is buffet style and they offered some very delicious Jamaican dishes.

Don't become a victim of the false advertising in form of AI generated reviews and heavily processed images. This places is nothing it pretends to be on the internet. It's a dump that serves prison food. Nothing is clean. No amount of their so called all inclusive drinks (that are disgusting and never the same) can compensate for the rip off you're going to experience there. Everything created by nature is beautiful in Jamaica - the perfect weather, the ocean, the air, the nature... but places like this leave bad impression and that impression is "Never Again!"

The staff was wonderful. Helpful when getting something you needed or if you had a problem. ie: pool wasn't clean to my expectations and supervisor took care of it immediately. Short staffed in dining hall and supervisor pitched in did more than the kitchen staff and I was soooo impress. She seen to enjoy helping out and was so pleasant to the guess and staff. The resort was all about the guest. The resort does need some up dates but for the price it passes.
