The staff was tremendous. The quality and variety of food and drink options were greater than my expectations for an all-inclusive. The swim up pool suite was a sexy option! The only drawback was the lengthy wait for room service for breakfast, but that didn't dampen my satisfaction with the resort. Well done, Hyatt!

Property is great with super friendly and accommodating staff. However, not super modern facility with limited restaurants given majority of them are on the Ziva side (family portion). Although they were amazing in accommodating halal food for us which was great the options felt limited and the food could’ve been better at times with very limited variety even in the buffets

Overall the property was great. Nice rooms, clean and most of the staff was good. The only thing I didn't like was I definitely felt like the staff at the Adult Only pool did not serve us as well because we are white. Looked over us many times. We tipped very often and tried to win their service but felt uncomfortable there many times. we actually moved to the kids area because of it.

Me and my Wife went there for our Honeymoon property is absolutely amazing very good amenities . Staff in Particular is Super Nice and Welcoming I am overall very much Satisfied with all the services they provided. We will come back and visit again .

Everything closed early on the adult side. Staff acted real clueless when it came to everything. Took over 30 mins for the supervisor to “inspect” the room after check in time. Drinks was very watered down. Food was decent but needed more options.

This is our second visit. The first was 7 years ago and the week was phenomenal. I returned for our 50th anniversary and to our surprise we had no hot water for the entire week. In addition, there was no manager to speak with nor did we have anyone call us in return of the numerous messages left each morning at the front desk. We decided to take a group excursion to get away from the restaurants and low level service and to our surprise once again we were told 3 hours after waiting for our catamarán we would not be getting picked up. Again there was no manager to help walk us through a resolution. After all this I started experiencing what now was the most regretful choice of our anniversary week at the Hyatt. One Buffett to choose from, the low quality food and service at the what you call hibachi and the level of low service through what was supposed to be nightly shows was the lack of effort to keep the guests engaged. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with Hyatt and our week that we can never get back. We should have stayed home.

The Hyatt Zilara is a very nice property. It was pretty quiet during our stay there and not too crowded. Staff was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable and contained all amenities that matter to me! Plenty of closet space, working iron and ironing board, plenty of storage space, good hot water for bathing, double sinks, very nice! I didn't like attending the presentation to join a timeshare, I hate those! But we did get a free 30 minute couple's massage out of the deal, which was very relaxing, although, they presented me with products totaling $200 upon finishing my massage so that felt awkward because you feel someone is always trying to rape your pockets! The Main Street shopping center was a few minutes down the road. I liked that the hotel provided free transportation there and back throughout the day, although, there were only a few shops, not enough to keep me busy and interested for an hour and I expected to purchase genuine Jamaican made products but the hat I purchased was "made in China"! The property is nice, the food was just "ok" and there could be more entertainment throughout the day.

Everything was goood except the fact I was lied to a couple times didn’t have a room or bday celebration ready and no hot water in the room and ac wasn’t working properly. Also the refrigerator wasn’t working at all
