1st time staying here & wont be the last
This is the 1st time we stayed here & definitely won't be the last. We got to the hotel super early & was able to be checked in. Front desk was friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we checked in & out with Fady. Fady you're awesome & we hope the next time we come, you will be there. I loved the room, I wasn't expecting the big bathtub that we got, so that was a surprise. We were just missing some bathbombs, but weren't able to make it to Lush down the street. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. Even though we aren't wine drinkers, we did like that you offered free wine during certain hours. Everywhere we went in the hotel it was super clean. We also loved that you guys offer us to put our bikes we brought to put in a closet in the hotel as well to free up some space in our room. Thank you for making our stay awesome and relaxing!

AC in our room didnt work, nither did the phone. Took 3 trips to the front desk to get someone to the room to do nothing. Had to leave at 9pm and drive 3 hours home without an offer of another room or discount. Was scolded for front desk sending maintenance to 3 different room, despite my being very clear about my room number and name on reservation. Some of the worst customer service ever.

The hotel check in was easy. They offer a complimentary glass of wine during their happy hour. The pool area was adequate. The pool water was not warm even though it is advertised as a heated pool. It is a bit inconvenient to carry luggage up two flights of stairs in building 3. The room did not seem like it was cleaned recently. The toilet needs a good scrub. There were dirty marks on the walls by the window. The vent in the bathroom makes loud weird noises. Someone’s hair was left in the bathtub. This did not feel like a resort fee should be charged.

It’s a nice well maintained hotel, the only one thing we did not like was how thin the wall are between the rooms we could hear the guess right next us snoring the whole night but either then that everything else was great. The front desk people need to be a little more hospitable when I arrived they were in their cellular phone and also when checking out.

Room has needless amenities like a fireplace while lacking basic amenities like hand soap. Staff was not particularly friendly. It was clean and well kept but nothing special. Not really worth the price but about what you’d expect for the area.

Staff as very nice but we had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes after check in time. Power went out and I have a toddler I had to go out to entertain at stores etc. spent more money. Didn’t really get to enjoy our stay because when the power did come back it was pretty much time for bed.

Very nice hotel fairly close to Fisherman’s Wharf in Monterey. Lots of free parking. Quiet and safe area. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very accommodating to our requests for room location and for placing a microwave in our room as requested.
