One night stay in Carmel.
Desk clerk was not at desk when we got there. She left a note that she would be right back. Very friendly. Room was very SMALL! No room for a little table or even to turn around. It was also right by the street so pretty noisy. After dark it got a bit quieter.

Room was great for a quick day day trip . Room is very small and old heater system and no AC but again it did great for the one night stay . We were not in room much

It is right on the highway loud traffic and construction work. Pillow and sheets smelt like a wet dog. I paid for 2 nights, only stayed 1 night wish I could get my money back.

Our room was small but cute. Everything looked clean, I think our only complaint was that the bed dipped way too much towards the headboard and the pillows were so soft. We’re personally more used to a firm mattress, though. Also, it is walking distance from downtown, but we had to walk on the side of the road right next to cars for most of the way. It’s definitely not “walkable”. It was right in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, though, which I appreciated.

This was a suite and it was tastefully done. The wine theme was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor spaces were beautiful.

Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The room was so hot that it was pretty miserable. It was uncomfortable even with the fan going and door open, and the door had no screen. The grounds were well care for and beautiful. Possibly the worst parking lot I’ve seen.
