Excellent security System to require the key to use elevator. Very good buffet breakfast however, we were like 15 relatives selecting same hotel to be close and some had the breakfast included and other not. The body shower and the shampoo were not refilled during daily cleaning. On hot weather a fridge in the room is extremely necessary. Some fixtures in the bathroom were falling.

Mucho que desear.
Dejo mucho que desear el hotel y tal vez tambien el trato, supusimos que por estar en San Pedroy por la marca de la compañia iba a estar bien el hotel y la realidad es que no, soy Gold y nos dieron la bebida de cortecia de mala gana y nos negaron el ascenso de habitación siendo que es un hotel VIP... recomendacion inviertan 500 pesos mas y vayan a otro hotel, hotel descuidado, el trato del personal no es el mejor.
