The good: well located, very quite, private and clean bathroom The bad: bed was very very old, under the bed was very dasty. Bed sheets weren't changed. No working outlet in the room. Wifi doesn't get to the room.

Hostel-like no frills not very romantic
Although we booked a room with a private bathroom, it had a sterile, hostel-like feel. It was definitely not good value for what we paid. We were disappointed to learn that they gave us a room with a double-bunk bed. The room was so tiny there was little room for anything else. We definitely felt claustrophobic. Overall it appeared as if work needs to be done on the room (tile, bathroom repairs) and although clean there were hundreds of tiny ants. It is on a gravel road tucked away and difficult to navigate to. Overall I would give this "bargain" a pass.

Very comfortably and super friendly staff!
Owners were over the top friendly and helpful in planning our weekend activities. They connected us with cheap and fun tour guides and went through the trouble of detailing our bus travels and itinerary. Would definitely stay again!

STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY ! March 2016. This Hotel is located on a Dirt Road. One has to hike a very steep hill in order to get to the main road. This steep hill at night is really dark & scary with dogs barking all around. When I arrived at this place, the owner / manager lorena really made me feel unwelcome. First she told me she doesn’t have my reservation. I showed her the confirmation number on my cell. Then she made me wait one full hour before telling me she has no rooms available and will have to switch me to another so called hotel further down the dirt road. Being an easy traveler I didn’t mind; but that was not the end of it. At time of check out, she tried to add an outrageous amount as Tax. Again, I showed her confirmation on my cell that clearly showed that the tax was already included in the price. Finally she gave me a hard time that her card reader was down and I'll have to pay Cash. So I walked for 30 minutes on this dirt road to get to an ATM on the main street. There are many hotels in MtVerde with reasonable prices which are centrally located near shops & restaurants. STAY AWAY !

Man fick vad man betalde för. Tänk på att ha med kontanter eftersom hotellet ej tar kort. Duschen var en säkerhetsrisk. Varmvattnet värms upp av en elmotor där kablaget var ihopsatt med tejp

Séjour très venteux!
Nuit froide. Énormément de vent, nous avions l'impression que le toit allait s'envoler. Situé sur une route poussiéreuse avec seulement deux sodas proche. Le centre de la ville est beaucoup plus loin. Douche froide, matelas avec les ressorts qui font mal au dos. Réception rarement ouverte. Pas de restaurant. Stationnement deux places. Wifi très mauvais.
