Absolutely enjoyable stay. This property seems to be underrated. They are very well maintained, clean and well organized. Rooms are nicely furnished for comfort. We would definitely like to come back.

The bixby restaurant was absolutely horrible. We were informed that multiple items on the menu were not available- including basic things like lettuce, dressing, and pasta. Also, entire listed dishes were unavailable. I decided on the chicken parmigiana, which was the worst I have ever had in my life and is overpriced at $27. It did not seem like a new piece of chicken, but a reheated piece. Would never eat there again. The bed pillows are horribly uncomfortable and itchy. The in room heat/ac is unbelievably loud. The room above us did not respect quiet time and were jumping, screaming, and playing music until 1 am. I called the desk multiple times for this issue and seemingly nothing was done. I would not stay here again

Only thing i liked was the lobby & activities, the rooms itself VERY dusty like years of dust . I took pictures, pricing is Very high hidden fees during checkout! Small water park , you guys had 5 balls in the pool with so many children it was not enough , kids were not sharing, kids running up and down hallways all night so much for the “”quiet hours! Arcade is overpriced, you guys ran out of fire pit kits so I didn’t get to do that with my children, the food is DISGUSTING & overpriced. Cafe overpriced 5dollars for a tea? My blankets had old stains prior to arrival, shower curtain had mold all on the bottom. & you guys expect people to pay 150 for cleaning services? You guys should focus on remodeling the rooms , that carpet is so old and dusty. And the birthday option needs to improve i was expecting balloons , not a gift bag and door sign.
