Great family vacation location. I enjoyed having everything under one roof. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food options were limited and sometime a mystery on when the restaurant were open, the website didn’t match what was happening at the resort. Some staff were super helpful and friendly while others (front desk) was less helpful.

The property is very clean and the staff has been great! I wish the water park was open past 7:00 pm, but we hit the arcade and the kids still had fun. We will do the water park tomorrow.

We stayed for weekend to celebrate the daughter’s BD. The room was clean , bed was great. The facility overall very clean , outside landscaping very nice. The indoor water park has enough slides to make busy kids all day. The level of the chlorine in the air was detectable. I understand the water must be treated but more efficient ventilation could be used, especially in hot days. The biggest complaint I have is the prices for the food , just outrageous. Muffin $6.5 , black coffee $4.5 ? That’s just rip off and taking advantage of the situation. Quality of dinning there is less than subpar. No wonder that majority guests dine out of the resort. Something that” ownership” should look into , if you want to keep the guests on the resort grounds ,that should be the idea , improvement the quality of the food and pricing are needed ! The concierge staff needs intense training on etiquette and costumer service. On day of checking in , young black gentleman at the desk didn't greet or welcome us, just asked for CC. That’s just outright unprofessional and rude.

The Kartrite is now our favorite getaway!!! The water park was super clean, the bathrooms super clean, the rooms super clean!! The staff was absolutely amazing and if we needed anything, it was done right away. We will definitely be going back!

We arrived Friday about 7pm there was 1 person running the front desk. Once it was our turn, check in was quick. The entrance to the resort was clean and nice with a lot going on, which made the lobby busy. (movie playing & other activities) lobby/check in area (not a lot of staff around). We went to our room, which was easy to get to (6th floor) the room was clean and a nice size. We had king bed, pull out sofa and 4 bunk room. (We had 6 kids 12-16 yrs with us) main lobby had a bar area open, 1 sit down restaurant open - no available seats untill 9:45pm. bar area did not serve food, and only had 1 bartender, another cafe in lobby but it was closed. Downstairs, at bottom of the stairs was a large bar with bowling ally/arcade games, this bar was NOT open the entire weekend. It would have been nice to have drinks, and bowl. Further down the hall was a buffet, it was open Friday night with a Mexican theme food, the hostess was gossiping with 2 other staff members, was rude as if I interrupted her! The buffet was sparse we did not eat here. We had to order Uber eats Friday night annd left resort to eat Saturday. The ice cream, candy shop which was open all weekend. The big arcade had many activities but it was very under staffed, so many of the activities were closed, finally Sunday after check out our kids were able to do laser tag and rope course only. The water park was large, clean and well staffed but only open 11am to 7pm!

Property is nice, but they were understaffed and many of the restaurants were unavailable. They ran out of kids food (i.e. pizza, chicken tenders) by 3pm at the waterpark. We had to DoorDash food in order for the kids to eat.

Clean, spacious , its like transporting to a tropical place ! The lighting is amazing in the water park . Maybe upgrade the towels they were pretty small .

Everything was nice and convenient. We had no issues except restaurants and excursions were a little pricey and due to a rain storm, electricity was down and the stores in the areas outside the facility were closed.
