Nous étions dans la section Motel. C'est vieux, mais correct. Lits (matelas) ferme sans bosses ni creux. Très petite salle de bain. Accueil, très bien. Près de tout. Seul problème, bruit constant d'un grondement (non identifié).

I'm so glad I discovered this lovely motel in this lovely town! Room was clean, quiet and well equipped, and the staff are friendly. Love that they have pet friendly rooms too! Highly recommend!

The coffee maker was not cleaned after the last guest and only 1 coffee pod and cup was provided for 2 people. Although the room was clean the furniture and bed linens were old and well worn. The room was overpriced for what we received

If I stayed in this room again I would find a way to cover the bright light on the air conditioner. The air conditioner itself was very quiet for which I was thankful but there was quite a large and bright light on it. Otherwise it was a great room.

We stayed here as a stopover on our way to New Brunswick. We needed a late check-in because we arrived at 12:30 am, and when I called to let them know, they set us up to check in on their machine since the front desk closed at 11pm. It was fairly easy and straightforward, and the room was comfortable and clean. We stayed in one of their pet friendly rooms with our puppy, and we had everything we needed. It was expensive given we stayed less than 8 hours, but it’s high season and everything was booked solid.

Customer service was super nice. Was a little surprised- I thought I booked a hotel room and it turned out to be a motel room. The hotel is divided into two separate buildings. One is the hotel and where you check in. The other was the motel. They are across the road from each other. Our motel room was super clean. And a basic room. Which is all we needed- we were just passing through Montmagny.

Room was basic but clean and we liked the carpet-free floors. They appeared to be a vinyl plank or similar. There is no check-in at the motel but the sister hotel where the office is located is right across the street. The shower is tiny and the low toilet is in a very tight space. There was no complimentary breakfast but we used the Restaurant Normandin right across the street for dinner when we arrived and breakfast the next morning. We found the staff there to be very friendly with good knowledge of Engish. They were very helpful with gluten-free options as I have celiac disease. Overall, the motel was exactly what we needed as we were passing through the area on our way to the east coast.
