Property was nice and staff was very friendly. We didn’t stay very long, so it hard to give a full review. Parking lot had empty beer cans, so raises concerns as to what happens in the parking lot ant night, especially when you read the waiver that needs to be signed regarding damage or theft of vehicle. Having said this, we had no issue while there.

This was close to the airport and fine for a stay over. The breakfast options were poor at best. They also have a small selection of items you can buy in a quasi little store but they are seriously overpriced and the selection if very poor.

There is no staff for luggage collection or any help to load to the room. There were no personal hygiene products like toothbrush and toothpaste etc.

All was very good and I was happy with my Stay. They have a laundry Machines to use, but they required Canadian cash, and I only had my credit cards and my cash for Travel

While trying to find this hotel. There is NO street sign for McMillian Ave, (obviously the hotel can't put up their own sign but should insist the city do it. When i arrived to check in there was NO one at the reception desk. A very nice young gentleman said the clerk had left about 10 minutes prior leaving no one to man the desk. Then I asked about a luggage cart as I am on a 3 wheeled motorcycle, because I am a veteran with a disability. I explained this to the clerk. He said another guest had taken it to use therefore none were available. So I ended up havi g to make 5 trips to our room on the 4th floor. This is by FAR the WORSE customer service i have EVER experienced from ANY hotel, let alone a Marriot Bonvoy property!!! I will NEVER again stay at this property. As for the property itself, it is well kept. The room layout is rather strange but it IS an airport hotel property, so they likely get VERY few returning guests. There is NO restaurant in the hotel, which is strange for a hotel in an area that has NOTHING within walking or even convenient for driving to. They do have a VERY tiny selection of wildly overpriced snacks, $3.00 for a nectarine!! There is a bar in the lobby, however we didn't patronize it.
