The location was great. Close to the metro and restaurant options. The staff made the difference. We were encouraged to use the metro to get to the Bell Centre and lunch the next day at le Centrale. We truly had a great taste of Montreal. Thank you! Merci!

No complaints. If you don't mind walking to downtown -- it's about a half hour to the Bell Center from there, as an example -- it's fine. Old Montreal is about half as long of a trek. Little bit of a tough exterior and not a glitzy area, but it was safe at all times.

The gym was lacking in sanitary conditions, the equipment appeared dirty and the equipment sanitizing spray was empty. However, staff was friendly and accommodating, I especially appreciate them allowing me a late check out extended to 12:30PM free of charge. The rooms were clean and updated, other than some black mold starting to appear on the tiles in the shower.

Though a tiny bit away from the bell centre I loved the location. The walk is beautiful even though it was cold Luminos displays made the walk enjoyable.
