We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few hiccups. Unfortunately, the hairdryer in our room was broken, and it wasn’t fixed even on the second day of our stay. This was a bit inconvenient, especially after taking a shower. That said, the staff were very considerate and handled the situation well. They offered us access to a vacant room so we could dry our hair, which was a thoughtful solution. Although this arrangement was slightly inconvenient, their willingness to assist and provide a workaround left a positive impression. The service was commendable, and we appreciate the staff’s efforts to make our stay comfortable despite the issue. However, it would be great if the hotel could provide portable, high-power hairdryers in the future to avoid similar problems. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

The staff at front desk were excellent from reservation through checkout! My vehicle was too high to park underground so Samuel directed me to convenient outdoor parking very close by. Very helpful staff. I will def stay here again. Very affordable accommodation.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and friendly. It was the location of the room that was an issue for me. It was next to the elevator ( heard doors opening and closing) and it was directly across from the ice machine , which was noisy ! Also , people were coming back and forth to get ice at very late hours. We were only staying one night, so we let it slide.

Parking lot is not friendly for handicapped people
Due to the hotel's lack of own parking lot, parking your car was a terrible experience. It shares the parking with another building in front of the hotel. Additionally, a member of my family is a wheelchair user, and the parking lot does not have an elevator to exit either to the hotel or at least to the street. The elevator is only for people who reside in the building.

It was a very good stay for one night with my wife at this hotel. The entire hotel was very clean. It is situated at a very convenient location in the down . Easy to access transport and shopping. The room where I stayed was small , but very clean with all facilities, that is needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Rafeek. I am looking forward for a chance to come back to this hotel. .
