Amazing rooms, staff and amenities. Terrace closed at 9 pm unfortunately (too early in our opinion), parking was a challenge, and there was construction right below our room. We would definitely bw back once the construction is finished.

Eco-friendly property, very clean with good amenities. Staff was very helpful so I didn't really mind that it was contactless (without a front desk). However the instructions for controlling the thermostat were lacking. Staff onsite had to call to figure it out. The surrounding area was a little seedy; it seemed like the beginning of gentrification, but it was conveniently located near downtown and I didn't feel unsafe.

We were happy with the our stay at the unit it was very clean with cooking facilities. There’s no concierge available. The security is poor as people can walk in right behind you. The area was Close to downtown. The spa was poorly maintained and it needs a little bit of TLC. It was good for 1 night stay with free cappuccinos. Tony & Cathy

This hotel has incredible security features considering there’s no on-site staff usually. The rooms are perfect size very clean and all of the facilities were great. There was parking right across the street and check-in was easy. would definitely recommend.

access code check in was great, there are loads of restaurants and pubs just a walk away. the rooftop hot tub and swim spa did not have fully working jets. the stream room did not work. the gym was nice and had lots to do. you need to bring your own coffee and tea for your room as non are offered. the bed was really comfy for a murphy bed
