Property was booked up so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Presidential suite which was beautiful and very well appointed. Rooms were immaculately clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was room service - we weren’t feeling great after a long day of moving our daughter into McGill and the restaurant was closed, so we ordered room service. Food was abysmal. For such a lovely property, it was a huge letdown. Fish was totally overcooked and tasteless; French fries we somehow soggy but also partially undercooked. We opted to not eat breakfast at the hotel based on the dinner the night before. Would definitely stay here again but would not recommend eating here.

It was one of the most prettiest hotels we’ve stayed in. It smelled like heaven from the moment you stepped foot inside. My kids had a wonderful time and loved it as well. The grounds were so beautiful and immaculately CLEAN! Staff was wonderful, helpful and super friendly. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

I visited the place on aug 14 2024 with two kids. Its an excellent property the staff is very nice friendly and professional. The place is beautiful and lot of things to do in the property it self. Such as Kayak, tennis, basketball cyclying. All in all a fun vacation destination

Front desk is nice, but don’t follow through on promises and if so, very delayed. Bring your on towels and sheets or the night will be over before you receive them. And when they know they are wrong, very little effort to reconcile the issue, thus all talk.

Every time we are in Montreal area we stay at the Chateau Vaudreaul. The Rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfortable . It’s just a absolute beautiful Hotel/Resort.

Disappointing stay for a tired family
The hotel, although beautiful, did not meet our expectations at all. While travelling with a child across country, you kind of expect to have a working TV to use with the advertised feature of Chromecast. Two TVs and neither worked for streaming. The queen sofa bed has clearly not been used in years otherwise I don’t know how they’d keep that mattress. My son could not sleep in it. There were no sheets or extra pillows for use of the sofa bed. Three of us had to try and sleep in the bed. The outlets did not all work. The mini fridge was full of condensation and leaked every time you tried opening the door…. There were a few other things that did not sit well with us, but the bright spot was the staff. Front desk staff was great and very professional.
