It was very dirty room and even though we booked for 4 adult's we only had 1 towel. The room smell so bad wasn’t sure if the bed linen were clean enough though.. Breakfast was good.. But value for money not worth.

I like the room, it has a glass sliding door, going in and out of the hotel room was very inconvenient specially during check in and check out. Even if room is near the street, it was quiet. The room is clean and customer service is good.

1st room I was given smelled like cigarette which was a problem for me because I’m asthmatic but as soon as I spoke with a woman staff at the desk, she took care of it by assigning me another room which I was grateful for. With that said, the 2nd room had the same smell and that’s when I put 2 and 2 together and realized the problem wasn’t cigarette smoke at all but rather the carpets throughout the hotel needs deep cleaning washing and not just vacuuming but besides that, my 5 days at the hotel were great. Staff were excellent and breakfast was good.

Staffing was helpful at reception. Room was cleaned daily. Cleaning staff was polite. Outside security doors heavy and hard to open. No easy sidewalk ramp available to move luggage. Parking lot has a lot of pot holes. Breakfast selection was good. Tables were cleaned after someone had left.

Our stay for 2 days was not that bad. I was hoping to get a bacon on the second day for breakfast but no luck. I toasted my bread but it took a little longer because the electric toaster was too busy. My suggestion at least two toaster.
