Fantastic hotel with FREE heated underground parking. Clean, spacious rooms in newer hotel. Pizza restaurant on site was excellent. Starbucks on site. Overall a great stay.

À éviter durant les fêtes
Très bel hôtel avec un personnel courtois. Cependant, j’avais réservé une nuit le jeudi 12, étant en déplacement vers Montréal. À mon arrivée, on m’a attribué la chambre 306, alors que tout le deuxième étage était réservé pour un party de bureau. La musique était si forte que je pouvais entendre distinctement les paroles depuis mon lit. Je comprends que les fêtes de Noël représentent un revenu important pour l’hôtel, mais une meilleure gestion des chambres serait appréciée. Pourquoi ne pas attribuer les chambres proches des festivités aux participants et réserver les étages supérieurs aux autres clients ? Bien que la réceptionniste m’ait proposé des bouchons d’oreilles, j’ai demandé un changement d’étage. Heureusement, une chambre était encore disponible au 5ᵉ étage, bien que celui-ci ait également été occupé par des participants à la fête, qui ont frappé à ma porte à plusieurs reprises durant la nuit, probablement en pensant que je faisais partie de leur groupe. Bref, je déconseille cet hôtel durant la période des fêtes de Noël.
