The room was very spacious and clean, perfect for a family with little kids. The staff were very courteous. There’s a playroom that was fun for the kids, but the pool was too cold. The hotel is conveniently located, right downtown with lots of access to public transit and walkable.

Room was outdated, looks dirty, cigarette burns in bathroom shelf, old food on fridge, carpets dirty, worn out towels, door stopper in flier broken with ripped carpeting. Way to expensive and not worth the cost. Staff was friendly. I won’t go back.

Balcony was run down and in poor condition. Coffee maker was outdated. The beds squeaked on the slightest movement. TV way too small for the room size - could barely view from the bed. Toilet in shabby condition. Elevator wait time too long. Hilton round the corner had none of these issues, but we could not extend our stay there.
