Ménage de la chambre laisse à désirer...
Il y a environ 1 mois je vous avais fais le commentaire que les roulettes de la chaise de bureau dans ma chambre manquait désespérément de lubrification, elle était bruyante et difficile à déplacer... Depuis, je suis resté à deux autres reprise à cette hôtel et il y avait le même problème avec la chaise de bureau. De plus, je vous avais écrit à ce sujet et vous m'aviez répondu que ce serait corrigé rapidement.... Forcé de constaté que le problème n'a pas été corrigé. De plus, lors de mon dernier séjour, il y a une journée ou ma chambre n'a pas été nettoyé (dimanche) alors que je l'avais demandé... Une autre journée je suis arrivé alors que la femme de ménage sortait de ma chambre et il y avait plusieurs gouttes d'eau sur le plancher, assez pour mouiller mes bas. De plus, j'ai trouvé plusieurs long cheveux noir sur le plancher et sur le divan alors que je suis un homme aux cheveux très court et blond... c'était légèrement désagréable.

This property is perfect. The hotel is amazing and the area is great. There is so much to do around this hotel. It’s also convenient drive to the main city centre. I would suggest this hotel to everyone visiting Montreal and doesn’t want be around city’s hustle.

What a great hotel, I would definitely stay here again. It was clean modern, the room was tastefully done and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many choices except for the powdered scrambled eggs. The bar was very nice and made great drinks. The staff was wonderful friendly and helpful first rate. The metro is only about a 10 minute walk and takes you directly into Montreal .

Great experience, only thing I ended up paying about $100 dollars more than what I was quoted but the hotel is really nice & the surrounding area is very vibrant. Bed is very comfortable will definitely go to it again
